All orders are dispatched from our UK studio within 3 working days. Delivery times below exclude processing times. These costs do not apply to Print Your Own orders.

  • First Class - Not Tracked (2 to 3 working days): £4.00
  • Courier - Tracked (Next working day): £10.00

International Delivery

  • Standard International Tracked: £12.00
    • Europe & North America: Up to 10 working days
    • Rest Of World: Up to 15 working days

Shipping for samples costs £5.50 to countries outside of the UK.

Your order should arrive on time and in perfect condition. You will receive a message to inform you once it’s been sent. 

On very rare occasions, should a delay occur, please email us at hello@hiphiphooray.com and we will endeavour to establish a solution as soon as possible.  

If you can't wait for delivery, you can still make the most of our Printable PDF service where you can customise and download PDFs and have them printed locally.

Returns

Notice: Please read our full returns policy before ordering, especially due to the on-going coronavirus crisis. We CANNOT provide refunds for any orders that have already gone to print.

We DO NOT offer or accept refunds on personalised products.

All orders are printed with the utmost care and thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.

We will only offer re-prints where orders have been damaged in transit.
