Payment Options
- The seller has the opportunity to make a secure online payment upfront
- Decide your commission and it will be automatically added to the cost of the HIP
- Offer your client a deferred payment option. This will not affect your commission structure
- Include the cost of the HIP in your fee
Training & Support
When you sign up as a HIP HIP hooray.com agent you will receive a User Pack that contains all the marketing material you will need to promote HIPs to your sellers and buyers. We also include a training CD-ROM for you to roll out to your team as well as offering free training on using the software.
Your local account manager will guide you through the initial process of ordering your HIP online, tracking the progress and how the payment structure will work.
Current Relationships
At HIP HIP hooray.com we recognise the importance of building and sustaining relationships, therefore, if you already have agreements with a Solicitor, Estate Agent, Conveyancer, Search Company, Domestic Energy Assessor or Home Inspector, then we will ensure you can continue the relationship through our technology.
