Customers are responsible for the customisation of designs, including all wording, spelling, grammar and punctuation. Regretfully returns will not be granted on this basis. We cannot offer refunds on orders that have already gone to print and where there are no quality issues.

If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, once you have contacted us please return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

They turned out to be way better than my expectations, they also were really helpful with contacting me and making sure that the card is made according to my liking. Invites came and were perfect! I ordered a free sample to start with so I was aware of what I was ordering and then decided to do a bulk order following the sample being sent. Service was quick, seamless and presentation of products was lovely. Invites were received in an organza bag and a handwritten note a very personal touch!
