Description

Ensure guests know where they will be sitting on your wedding day with this charming wedding seating plan which will outline the details in style. The table plan design is decorated with a navy blue sky, a pretty tree silhouette and glowing fairy / string lights to make a romantic addition to your special day. 

You can receive the table plan professionally printed and delivered, or download as a digital PDF and arrange the printing locally.

How To Order

We can customise this seating plan to your specifications, accommodating the number of tables you are having at your wedding reception. Please input all of your wording, including header wording, table names and guest names, into the box provided above.

Alternatively, email us at hello@hiphiphooray.com with your order number, header wording, table names and guest names (preferably in a text document or spreadsheet). All details should be typed as you wish them to appear in print. 

You will receive a design proof by email within three working days of ordering and sending us your details. Only one set of free amendments is included, so please be sure to have all details finalised before placing your order. Further sets of amendments are charged at £10 per set.

All orders are dispatched from our UK studio within 3 working days. Delivery times below exclude processing times. These costs do not apply to Print Your Own orders.

  • Courier - Tracked (Next working day): £10.00

International Delivery

Shipping for samples costs £5.50 to countries outside of the UK.

Notice: Please read our full returns policy before ordering, especially due to the on-going coronavirus crisis. We CANNOT provide refunds for any orders that have already gone to print.

We DO NOT offer or accept refunds on personalised products.

All orders are printed with the utmost care and thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible.
