It is so rare nowadays to experience customer service that one might might wish for, especially so when ordering on line where so many of the processes are automated and merely designed for what suits them and not the customer. My experience of communicating with Hip Hip Hooray exceeded my expectations throughtout the whole order and delivery process. When we received the cards, they were exactly what we had hoped for and were received in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Hip Hip Hooray to anyone requiring bespoke stationery.
