I emailed hiphiphooray as we were having a bit of trouble getting our required details on the template provided. I had a very quick response and it didn't matter how many times I contacted them they always changed it and came straight back to me. They also helped with my ordering and they all arrived packaged beautifully and just what we wanted. I would certainly use them again when I finally sort the menus.

My fiancée and I found the website very easy to use, with the products being well described and it was an easy process to enter in all the relevant information for our guests! The service we received was brilliant, even when the website crashed we were contacted following a message being left by myself to confirm that the order has gone through. The beautiful invitations arrived in two days, being beautifully presented :) thank you so much, can't wait to send them out now :)

If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, once you have contacted us please return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend that you send your order back to us using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.

Invites came and were perfect! I ordered a free sample to start with so I was aware of what I was ordering and then decided to do a bulk order following the sample being sent.
