The invitations are beautiful. The design is really nice and the quality is good. We’re really happy with them! I’ve deducted one star because there were a couple of issues with the website: when customising the text online, you need to fill in the page in a very specific order or the button to add to cart does not activate. The preview font is also not the same as the font used in the PDF, causing some words to be cut off. This caused us some stress about what to expect in the printed version but Emily from customer support was great and double checked everything for us to reassure us and then the invitations themselves were perfect and arrived very fast.

Great customer service, the invites were perfect. The only reason for the missing star was that during the packing of my two separate orders, one extra daytime invite had snuck its way into the middle of the evening pack. Luckily after double checking the evening invites before sealing the envelopes, my fiancé noticed that I had written this out for one of our evening only guests. If he hadn’t noticed this would have been a very awkward/costly mistake. However the overall customer experience was great, we look forward to ordering some further matching wedding stationary and I would highly recommend you to others!
